Lead work in it's own right offers a traditional form of roof covering with an extremely extensive life expectancy. Lead roofs are often installed to existing buildings with traditional qualities, Heritage values or governed by stringent Building Control requirements. However, more so now is the introduction of these traditional roof coverings on new developments, which only reinforces the excellent qualities expected in the modern market.

DFR not only carry out the traditional lead roof requirements, but install lead work as an essential part of other roof systems. Such requirements include lead valleys, chimney base lead work, flashings and soakers to abutments, lead sleeves to pipework, lead box gutters and other similar works.
